Bridge Meadows, a Guardian Real Estate Services development, has been selected by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as a 2012 Best of 50+ Housing Awards Finalist.
Bridge Meadows is an innovative housing community designed to bring together three generations to support families adopting children from foster care and an opportunity for elders to have a sense of community and purpose. It is only the third program of its kind in the nation and the only one on an urban site.
